How much to hire Bioptron?

We offer the handheld MedAll Complete Kit for hire at $400 for four weeks, with the option to extend for $100 per week thereafter. Nationwide courier delivery is available anywhere in New Zealand(Flat courier change $30) or pick up at our Christchurch Centre.

Do I need to pay a bond or deposit?

No bond is required. Your hire fee covers everything — there are no hidden charges.

Do hire fees count towards purchase if I decide to buy later?

Yes. If you fall in love with the results and want your own Bioptron, 50% of your rental payment can be credited towards an outright purchase.

Is it easy to set up and use at home?

Yes. With the Bioptron MedAll handheld kit (which comes with a floor stand), you can easily treat most areas of the body without assistance. The unit is light, simple to operate, and portable — you can even take it with you when you travel.

Do you deliver and pick up the device, or do I collect it?

You’re welcome to pick up directly from our Christchurch clinic (8 Settlers Crescent, Ferrymead), or we can deliver anywhere in New Zealand for a flat $30 rate.

Will you train me on how to use it?

Yes, absolutely. When you hire the Bioptron, we provide instruction which covers most of the conditions and videos which show you exactly how to use it. Most people find it very straightforward after the first try. You’ll also have access to our support if you need reminders or extra tips along the way.

Can more than one person in my household use it?

Absolutely. The Bioptron can be safely shared between family members, making it ideal for households where more than one person wants to support their health journey
